Delivery Policy

Same-Day Delivery

🕐 Place your order before 1:00 PM Amman time (subject to product availability and location) for same-day delivery.
⏳ Orders placed after 1:00 PM will arrive the next business day.

Delivery Days

📅 Deliveries are made Saturday to Thursday weekly.

Delivery Fees

📍 Amman

  • FREE for orders 50 JOD or above.
  • 3 JOD for orders under 50 JOD.

📍 Sahab, Marka & Naour

  • 3 JOD for all orders.

📍 Other Provinces

  • 5 JOD for all orders.

Important Exceptions

⚠️ Storage Devices

  • Delivery fees apply to storage devices regardless of order value or location.

Delayed Deliveries

🚚 Unexpected Delays

  • If delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, logistics), we’ll notify you immediately and work to resolve the issue.

🔄 Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • If delivery becomes impossible even after rescheduling, we’ll cancel your order and contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
